You have two options to redeem your points. You can shop online or redeem them through your league secretary. For complete instructions for either option, go to svusbc.com/awards-program/how-to-redeem-points.
To reset your password, you will need a valid email address setup on your account. Go to svusbc.com/my-account/lost-password, enter your email address and click the “Reset Password” button. If you have a valid email address on your account, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you do not receive an email within 15 minutes, contact Lonny Olson at email@example.com or call/text Lonny at 507-210-1432.
No, but it is recommended so you can receive notifications based on account activity and retrieve your password if it is forgotten. Without a valid email address, you will need to request a password reset for the website administrator. To do so, contact Lonny Olson at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not have a valid email address on file, we will assign you a non-working email addres as follows: email@example.com.
Your username is your first name, last name and usbc number combined together. For example, if John Doe has membership number 1234-567, his username will be johndoe1234-567. Your first and last name will be what you provided on your membership card.
Each league secretary will be provided with a list of the products that are available to order and order forms. Request this information from your secretary and they will submit the order form to the front desk for pickup. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the product to be awarded.
Since your points never expire you can let them sit and accumulate. Products will continue to be added as they are available. As bowlers accumulate points, we will increase the value of the items available. You may also donate your points to one of the three fundraisers we support each year: Bowl for the Cure (Breast Cancer), BVL (Bettering Veterans Lives) or SVUSBC Scholarship Fund (provides scholarships for youth bowlers).
To log in to your account, go to svusbc.com/my-account. Enter your username or email and password. If your account has a valid email address, you can reset your password at svusbc.com/my-account/lost-password. If you did not provide an email on your usbc membership card, your email will be firstname.lastname@example.org. Your username is your first name, last name and USBC membership number. For example, if John Doe has membership number 1234-567, his username will be johndoe1234-567.
If you have an assigned email address, please note this is not a working email address to retrieve a password.
